The Brief
As always, Sportingtech were out to make an impression - not just in a physical sense, by creating unmatched energy and emotional presence on every expo floor. They are a brand known for standing out for all the right reasons, and they push for that same level of impact within their stand space. Every detail needed to feel considered, modern, intentional, and unmistakably Sportingtech.
Having already cracked Europe, the ST team had pivoted their focus to new markets. That next challenge was LatAm - a region notoriously known for being complex and demanding when it comes to event builds. Logistics, suppliers, language barriers and local nuances all play a part, but from the outset, we knew this was something we could deliver successfully. We work seamlessly with the ST team so the brief was mindful of location, but we still had visions of immersive tunnels, neon lights, curved edges and great cocktails for all. We had work to do.

The Approach
From project kick off, we focused on balancing impact and refinement in equal measure. The key question was: what can we execute exceptionally well within the region? That thinking shaped every design decision.
We leaned into a simplified structural language to ensure build efficiency and clarity, while embracing bold colours, elevated finishes and sharp visual effects to create real presence. But no one wants “safe,” so as always we pushed further. We tapped into our trusted local network to explore what was possible on the ground, challenging assumptions and unlocking creative solutions. From those early conversations, the direction - and the opportunity - quickly became clearer.

The Solution
We delivered spaces that pushed boundaries, using methods we knew were strong at every level:
• Large-scale LED played a central role, carefully curated and delivered alongside the best suppliers in the region to ensure quality and impact were never compromised. • Graphics were flown into region. As graphics are just a big a billboard as their digital counterpart – and what a difference it made. • We thought hard about our rigged elements, what could be lighter, what would create genuine interest and what was worth those high costs. • Activations were curated based on the region. But most importantly, we listened - to the client, to our partners, and to the quirks of the region. This collaborative approach allowed us to create spaces that felt authentic and alive. The result was an environment where energy flowed naturally, conversations felt effortless, and the space was consistently active and engaging throughout the event.
