The Brief
Oceaneering came to us with an ambitious brief. Their experienced event team had a clear vision for the space, alongside a long list of practical requirements that needed to be accommodated within a relatively modest footprint.
Working within a 6m x 6m island stand, our challenge was to create a design that felt open, welcoming and highly functional. High-level branding, premium finishes and dedicated areas for presenting, meetings and informal conversations all needed to sit comfortably within the space, without it ever feeling crowded.

The Approach
From the outset, collaboration was key. By working closely with the client and reviewing ideas together in real time, we were able to quickly test solutions, address constraints and refine the design as it developed
Drawing on Oceaneering's previous exhibition experience, we combined their insights with our own expertise to build on what had worked well before and identify opportunities to elevate the stand further. The result was a space that felt considered, purposeful and tailored to their objectives.

The Solution
Oceanering's reputation is built on professionalism, so it was important that the stand reflected the same standard.
The final design featured a range of bespoke elements, including wave-textured feature walls, a custom floral installation, full-height illuminated lightboxes and a striking suspended banner that helped maximise visibility across the exhibition hall. The finished stand delivered both visually and practically, creating a strong presence on the show floor and providing a space that worked seamlessly for the team throughout the event.

The Experience
Beyond its visual impact, the space delivered a great experience for both the team and their visitors, creating an environment that was busy, engaging and highly effective from start to finish.
Both The Creative Co and Oceaneering were delighted with the finished result, and the feedback throughout the event reflected that. The stand quickly became a talking point on the exhibition floor, drawing attention for all the right reasons and reinforcing the strength of the Oceaneering brand.
